MRDS have acquired Houston based oilfield equipment service company Eagle Integrated Services LLC (EIS). The strategic acquisition of EIS brings with it 12 years heritage of business in the US, servicing both the land and offshore markets.

Paul Findlay, formally EIS CEO, is now appointed MRDS Director of Americas, will be an integral part of the MRDS management team. Paul’s team will be responsible for operations throughout the Americas and servicing MRDS drilling contractor and operator clients.

Mark Robertson, MRDS Managing Director states “EIS is a company that is rich with oilfield equipment service experience, and the business works in a similar fashion to MRDS which makes it an ideal fit for growth. Paul Findlay and I have both built from the ground up, a client driven businesses and base our ethos and reputation on delivering the best solutions for our clients.”

Paul Findlay states, “MRDS are known as “leaders in service” for drilling equipment and oilfield equipment. We have been working together on a rig reactivation project over the last 3 months and it was very apparent that MRDS are a very knowledgeable and focused business, one which I feel the EIS team can further enhance. Over and above the Americas, MRDS have done fantastically well in the Middle East during 2018, and I will also be providing management input for the growth plans in this key region.”

At the recent Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, F1 legend Mark Webber, congratulated both Mark and Paul on the business deal and the exciting news, upon the formal handshake he stated, “congratulations gents, and all the best for the future!”
